Who teaches the classes & groups?

Hi! I'm Marijke Ocean Joy Kemble. I've been practicing Vipassana meditation for over 20 years. I'm a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through The Greater Good Science Center @ UC-Berkeley. I have two kiddos & two dogs and live in the Elmwood Village. I'm also an Executive Coach! You can learn more about me here.

Are classes for beginners or experienced meditators?

Both! I try and offer instruction that supports the entire group. Occasionally I offer a beginners series - which I will share with you for sure! 1-on-1 meditation coaching is also a really nice option for people who want to deepen their practice or get additional support for starting the practice.
